Underwater Worlds

My underwater worlds series of paintings are inspired by the mysteries of the ocean and the beautiful colors of the ocean when you are looking up towards the surface from down deep in the water. It is a fascinating world full of wonderously colorful fishes, plants, corals, and those mysterious electric deep sea creatures.

The under water world also has explosive events that occur when cracks open up the ocean floor and quakes and eruption of lava spew forth. Parallel to the explosions of stars in deep space, tectonic eruptions also create fascinating displays of energetic forces unfolding in the deep blue underwater cosmos that few of us ever experience first hand.
